Philipp Müller is Global Vice President Operations – Airport Ground Operations at Swissport International, overseeing global operational strategy, standards, performance and transformation across a network of more than 300 airports worldwide. With over 21 years of international aviation experience, he has held senior leadership roles spanning airport operations, operational excellence, digitalization and performance management. He represents Swissport in IATA's Ground Operations Standards (GOS) and Automation & Digitalization (GAD) working groups and is the founder of International Ground Handling Day, an industry initiative promoting the global recognition of ground handling professionals. He holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
