Helen has spent her career thinking about the experiences people have when they're away from home, whether that's over a meal, in an airport, or somewhere in-between. Working across hospitality, food and beverage, and aviation has given her a deep appreciation for the small details that shape how people feel and what they remember. Today, as Commercial Director at London City Airport, she works with partners to make travel easier, more enjoyable, and a little more human. Originally from New York, she has called London home for many years.
