Aeronautical Engineer from UPM and a graduate of IESE’s Executive Management Programme. He held several leadership positions at Flightcare between 1999 and 2012, culminating as Managing Director. Flightcare operated in Spain, Belgium and Italy. Following Flightcare’s acquisition, he joined Iberia as Chief Airport Services Officer (2012-2021), overseeing operations at 29 Spanish airports, more than 360,000 annual flights and a workforce of 8,000 employees. He was also a member of the Iberia Management Committee. In 2021, he became CEO of Cacesa, a logistics company within the IAG Group, leading both the business and its successful sale process. Since 2022, he has served as Airports Transformation Director for IAG Group airlines.
