He leads dnata’s global operational performance agenda, spanning safety, quality assurance, standards, resource management, innovation and continuous improvement. Combining strategic perspective with deep operational experience across multiple regions, Ryan is focused on strengthening governance, improving consistency and translating strategy into frontline execution. His leadership centres on building capable teams, enhancing customer outcomes, and delivering safe, efficient and sustainable performance across dnata’s global network. Ryan is based in Dubai, where he lives with his wife and three daughters.
