Jean-Yves CHAUMET is a senior aviation executive with more than 30 years of experience in airline operations, maintenance, cargo, airport services, crisis management, and operational leadership within the Air France–KLM Group. From 1999 onward, he held several key Ground Operations leadership roles at Air France. Between 2013 and 2018, as Vice President of Logistics and Operations for Air France Cargo, he managed worldwide cargo operations serving approximately 250 destinations. In 2019, he was appointed Senior Vice President of Operations Control at Air France, taking responsibility for the airline’s 24/7 Operations Control Center and Crisis Management Center. He’s now serving as Vice President of Procurement for International Airport Services and Cargo within the Air France-KLM Group, leveraging his operational background to lead strategic procurement activities supporting worldwide airport and cargo operations.
