Once you are registered you will be sent login details for the delegate personal page. Here you can request and accept meetings with other delegates, view the delegate list including contact details, sign up to conference sessions, enter your flight details and join the networking events.
The fee includes return airport transfers from partnered hotels, three days’ conference sessions, lunches, coffee breaks, networking parties and One-to-One meetings. Hotel room is not included in the delegate fee.

There is no deadline to register to the conference and this can be done right up to the conference start date. `Contact the conference team to discuss your attendance to the conference.
On your personal page you are able to request and accept meetings. Once accepted, the conference team will personally schedule these for you, taking into account conference sessions and networking events you wish to attend as well as your arrival and departure flights. A full schedule is sent out 2 weeks before the conference.
