Get your business cards ready! The exhibition area is the centre of the conference and all stands have a fantastic view of the networking and exhibition room allowing maximum exposure of your stand. All lunches, coffee breaks and networking parties are held in the networking and exhibition room, allowing ample time for you to meet new customers

One-to-One Meetings

Schedule meetings with your target customers via GHI’s One-to-One Meetings service. Discuss opportunities in a discreet and professional environment with our purpose built meeting rooms.

Demonstrations A great opportunity for you to present your products/services to an audience. Delegates sign up to your prescheduled demonstration to watch and learn how your product could work best for them. Allow potential buyers to get a hands-on experience of your product and let them know why your product is the best suited for them


Exhibition Stand Details

A 3mx2m Table-top stand will cost €5,610 + VAT which includes:

  • 3m (w) x 2.5m (h) back panel which can be branded for an additional cost

 A 4mx2m Table-top stand will cost €6,610 + VAT which includes:

  • 4m (w) x 2.5m (h) back panel which can be branded for an additional cost

Both Table-top stand packages include:

  • 1 display table, 4 Chairs, 2 Spotlights and 1 Power socket
  • One free exhibitor badge - includes lunches, coffee breaks, welcome party and delegate dinner
  • Up to four discounted badges at the rate of €1,620 + VAT per exhibitor badge (subsequent badges will be charged at the full rate of €2,600 + VAT)
  • Exhibitor welcome drinks on Sunday 29th November
  • Logo and profile in conference guide, logo on conference website and delegate personal pages
  • Dedicated GHI contact to handle your enquiries both before and during the conference
  • Access to GHI’s One-to-One Meeting system to plan meetings with your customers on your stand
